ORDERING

How do I view wholesale pricing?
A: You are able to view pricing once you have created an account and you are logged in.


How can I create a wholesale account?
A: You can easily create an account online. Just click "Login" in the top right corner of any page on our website; at this time, you can either login, or create an account if you do not have one. Your e-mail address will be your username, and you can create a password of your own. As soon as you have completed all of the information and click on "Register" you are ready to start placing orders. Please use all of the correct punctuation and capitalization when entering your information; this is very important to make sure we get goods to you where they need to go! Once you have created an account, other buyers at your company will also be able to access the same account with their own username and password.


Are there minimums?
A: We have no minimums


I'm not a distributor, how can I order?
A: You can call us at 1(718)888.9262 to place an order. Or fax the order form to 1(718) 888.7891.
Or find authorized YODEL distributor nearby your location.


Can I make changes to my order?
A: You will NOT be able to make any changes once your order is confirmed. In the event that you need to cancel your order, please contact us at 1(718)888.9262.


What happens if an item is backordered?
A: If you order a backordered item, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive the item into inventory (unless customer advises otherwise). If you have multiple backordered items, these will not ship until all have been received into stock.


Can I order custom styles, colors, or sizes?
A: Yes! We have an extensive custom apparel program. Please click here to view our custom apparel options.


How can I get a catalog?
A: Please click here to view or download catalogs; you can also send your requests to
info@yodelusa.com.


PAYMENT

What payment types do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards by phone or fax. Debit cards are welcome. Checks and Money orders are also acceptable. Checks and Money orders have to be sent to YODEL in full balance prior to shipping. The merchandise will ship as soon as they are cleared. Terms will be available upon our approval. You must fill out our application for credit to receive terms.


How do I apply for credit terms?
A: Please click here to download our credit application form. Once complete, please fax it to the number listed on the form. Your terms request will be processed within 1 week.



SHIPPING

What are your shipping options?
A: We use UPS to ship all orders unless otherwise directed. If you¡¯d like to ship on your own UPS account, simply type in your UPS Account number during the checkout process. You will be asked to enter your account number and the service type. Freight charges for 3rd party shipping will be billed directly to your account with UPS.


Do you offer same day shipping?
A: Most orders received prior to 4:00pm Eastern Time will be processed the same business day. (if item is in stock)


Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?
A: We do not require signatures at this time. You are able to request a signature at an additional charge.


How can I track my packages?
A: To track packages, please login to your account on our website and click ¡°My Account¡± in the top right hand corner of any page on our site. Select ¡°Track Packages¡± under ¡°Order Settings.¡± You can also track your packages on UPS website using the tracking number provided.


Can you ship to a P.O. box?
A: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes; if you would like to ship your order to a P.O. box, please select the appropriate package carrier to deliver your order.


What countries do you ship to internationally?
A: We can ship to anywhere internationally, international shipping rate will be notified when final invoice is prepared. Please call 1(718)888.9262 for details.


Can I pick up my order at one of your locations?
A: Only pick up location is 42-40 162nd St. Flushing, NY 11358. (map it)

What are washing instructions for your garments?
A: Most of our garments are to be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat ? you will find these washing instructions listed on the garment tag. If our garment requires special washing, this info will be listed in the item¡¯s description in our online store.


How do your sizes work?
A: Our garments come in multiple fits ? perfect fit, regular fit, etc. You will find the garment¡¯s fit listed in the product description in our online store. Please click here to see fits, sizes, and measurements for our apparel.


What does "unisex" size mean?
A: Unisex items are designed to be worn for both men and women. Unisex items will likely be a true fit for men and an oversized fit for women. Please click here to determine which size will be correct for you.


What does "one size fits most" mean?
A: Most beauty salon items are one size fits most (OSFM). Our one size fits most is designed for medium - large builds.


What kind of fabrics do you use?
A: We use an assortment of fabrics and materials to produce our super-soft apparel. Please click here to see a listing of all of our fabrics. You can find fabrication info listed on each item¡¯s product description.


Which items are best for screenprinting / embroidering?
A: All of our items can be used for screenprinting or embroidering. We recommend screenprinting or embroidering a sample or two on our products before you commit to a large run. You can also call us at 1 (718)888.9262 for items that provide maximum screenprinting/embroidering results.
