Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. No refunds are offered for custom items, unless there is a manufacturing error.

We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
