RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days with your receipt, and we will
credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges. If your item is damaged when you receive it,
please contact our customer service department at: customercare@yodelusa.com. Items that have been
washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received, cannot be returned or
exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. No refunds are offered for custom items, unless there
is a
manufacturing error. * We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items. If you have a

authorization,
please call 1 (718) 888-9262 or email yodelco@gmail.com. . We cannot be
responsible
for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking
reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it
back
to us.
